Whether you are family, friend, or a complete stranger, welcome to our site! This purpose of this blog is simple. I hate Facebook. I really do not want to have "like" you! I just feel a moral obligation to let you know that we really are fine and that we're still having fun!

Kidding aside, on the Special Events calender below, you will find any dates relevant to our move to KAUST University, Saudi Arabia. We'll try to keep a slideshow of current pictures going for you and post a few other fun things along the way.

Since I do not really consider my life so incredibly exciting that I need to blog about it, I intend for the site to be more representative of our version of fun than a complete exposition of our daily lives. Kent loves Politics. I write children's fiction and love puzzles. I don't dare say what the kids "love" to do because it will probably change tomorrow and then they will all be mad at me because I somehow don't know them as well as I should!
